一つ一つの餃子が綺麗に盛りつけされており、他で食べられない独特な風味のおいしい餃子のお店でした。特に海老の水餃子がプリプリしてておすすめです。一階は6席ほどのカウンターのみで、常連さんなどがマスターとお話してて、二階にもまだ席がありそうです。

地元客にすごい人気のお店だった。 何人もの1人客・2人客が「入れますか〜?」と聞いてきてた。 それもそのはず、餃子が美味しすぎる… 現地人である奥さんが作ってるらしい餃子が美味しい。いい感じに薬味が入っていて、すごい軽い。けど、小籠包レベルで肉汁と旨味が溢れ出す。 特にこの羽根付き餃子、大きそうに見えて皮も具も軽くて一人で何皿も食べてしまいそうだった。 さらにここのいいところは、店主が面白い笑笑 ゆるい笑笑 話してみるといい感じに会話に入ってくれるし、ゆるい笑笑 また、カウンター席と2階の4人からの貸切部屋と、離れに何個かテーブル席があるという感じだった。(全部埋まっていたが) カウンター席は早い者勝ちみたいなので、18時に急いで入ったら入れました! また早く羽根付き餃子食べに行きたいーーー!

今日は阿佐ヶ谷で‼︎ 一軒めからの餃子坊豚八戒へ? なんとなく、いい感じだったので入ってみたら超ーgoodなお店‼️ 人気店らしく普段は予約なしではなかなか入れないみたいですが、タイミングよく入店OK? 羽付き餃子&海老水餃子を注文ですが、今までの餃子との違いを感じる上品でスパイシー、そして豪華なものでした? ほんと美味しかった‼︎

I give the Gyozas 3 stars as they are nothing different than what I've had elsewhere. I think tourists, not knowing better or the differences hype it up too much. With that said, the 4th star is for the cucumber in a miso dressing. The cucumbers were delectably crispy and fresh partly because they were cut to the right size and chunks. Most places I've been to slice them thin. They were a great appetizer before the Gyozas.
