藤	藤原匡史 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず、googlemapよりお店を探しましたが、なかなか見つかりませんでした。広い道路沿いではなく住宅街から入ります。そして、お店は、古風で庭みたいなお店です。日本風の古風な店を作りたかったようなこだわりが感じられます。鴨南そばと味噌田楽を注文しました。かも肉の油が汁に浮いていて、具材は鴨肉、ネギだけであっさりしています。そばは十割そばです。味噌田楽は、甘め濃厚の味噌で美味しかったです。 First, I searched for a shop from google map, but I couldn't find it easily. Enter from a residential area, not along a wide road. And the shop is old-fashioned and like a garden. You can feel the commitment to create a Japanese-style old-fashioned store. I ordered Kamo Nanban soba and Miso Dengaku. The oil of the duck meat floats in the juice, and the ingredients are only duck meat and green onions. Soba is 100% soba. Miso Dengaku was delicious with sweet and rich miso.

ミ	ミツバ・ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １月平日、12時オープンなので車の中で待機、順番待ちボードはなかった。キノコ蕎麦￥1,350-を頂きました。このお蕎麦は好みです。歯ごたえがありボソボソしてません。今度はもりそばを是非とも食べてみたいです。きっともっと蕎麦を色々と感じられるかと期待しています。みそ田楽も頂きましたが、お蕎麦を食べている時に提供されたので写真を撮り忘れました。こんにゃくはプリンプリンしていて、味噌は甘すぎずで好みでした。他のメニューにも美味しそうな物が沢山ありましたが、私にはちょっと金額的に手が出ませんでした。きっとそれなりの品質か量なのでしょうね。石造りのカウンター席は炭が入るのでしょうか? 焼き物が出来るようでした。入り口に『たまたま』という小さいみかんやユリ根、熊本産のデコポンも売っていました。薪ストーブは暖かいですが近い席は数人分です、ストーブから離れた席には石油ファンヒーターがありましたが冬場はやや寒いと思います。 Since it was open at 12:00 on weekdays in January, there was no waiting board in the car.
