★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前醤油をいただいた際にとても丁寧に作られた美味しいラーメンだったという印象でした。
久々に伺ってみたら新たなメニュー煮干しが追加されていたので煮干し好きな私は迷わず注文。
スープの美味しさに驚き、そしてトロトロに柔らかいチャーシューに感動しました。
I had the impression that it was a delicious ramen that was made very carefully when I received soy sauce before.
When I visited after a long time, a new menu of dried sardines was added, so I like sardines and ordered without hesitation.

特製の醤油を注文。
煮干しの風味が強い。
これは美味い。
ただ好き嫌いが分かれるところ。
焼豚二種、ワンタン、たまご、メンマ、
そして、スープに麺。
どれもがおいしい。
どれもがおいしくて、
特徴が出なくなってる。
もったいない。
例えば、ワンタンなんて、
ラーメン屋さんのレベルを超えてる。
ワンタン麺なんてのも、
あってもいいと思う。
焼豚二種も、これまた美味い。
低温調理と一般的なもの。
二種入れず、どちらかでもいいだろうし、
醤油スープが濃いだけに、
少し甘みのあるホロホロ崩れる、
煮焼豚なんかもいいかも。
焼豚の主張を少し落として、
スープを際立たせてもいいのでは？！
店主の丁寧さが、ラーメンに出ており、
しっかりとしているお店だけに、
コロナの中でも、いつまでもあってほしく、
少し気になったところを感想として記載。
追伸)
そういえば、改めてメニューの画像を見て
思った。ラーメンではなく、中華そば。
スープの雰囲気は「飛騨の中華そば」に
近い印象。
