浦和でも有名なお寿司やさん♪♪ オープンの12時より少し前に着いたので、店頭の椅子で待機(・∀・) 暖簾が掛けられ店内に。 人数が多いので、予約していた奥の個室にー!! 最初から日本酒でも良かったのだが、とりあえず私はビールに。 ただあまり飲み物には力をいれていない様子。 ■穴子の赤ちゃん 穴子の赤ちゃん!?って感じですよね。 いかにもバイトっぽい女の子の説明では 表記の通り「穴子の赤ちゃん」です笑 うーん、のれそれとは違うのだろうか。 のれそれは穴子の稚魚だから もう少しこれより成長させたものであろうか? まあとりあえず食べてみる。 あれ?こんなにのれそれって美味しかったっけと のっけからやられました!!!!!! やっぱり日本酒だったかな(爆) 食感がいい(*^^*) ■玉子 蛸 鮑 玉子はほとんど息子に取られましたが、美味しいもの!! 鮑がまた何とも食感の良いこと!蛸もまた同様。 ■蝦蛄の漬けこみ 蝦蛄(シャコ!)いいもんですねぇ。。 こういう寿司屋でしかたべないですよね! ■ほや カニ味噌 ほたるいか 胡麻豆腐 ホヤがうんめぇぇっす!! ひっさしぶりに食べたけど全然臭くない!うまい! ■鯛の白子 白子は大好きなのですが、 鯛も身が熟成されていてうまい!!。うまい!! ■青柳 小鰭 いか 鯛 にぎりは煮きりが付いているのでそのままいただきます。 どれも美味しい。 青柳のぷりぷり感、小鰭の深み、いかの甘み、どれも甲乙付けがたいですが、この中では鯛が。旨味が濃いです! ■車海老 見るからに旨そう。甘みが強く味わい深くこくがある”” ここでお酒! ★ここでようやく日本酒に移行。 黒龍は何度か飲んでいますが、結構好み。 淡麗辛口ですっきりとした味わい!! ■鯵 好きなネタの1つにあげられる鯵だが、軽く炙って上に 甘酢大根(たぶん)が。 これいいです! ■青梅のお吸い物 さっぱりといいですね。 ■穴子 赤身 中トロ 大トロ うに 最後にラッシュで贅沢三昧!! ほわっと柔らかい穴子の旨いこと。 濃厚な味わいのまぐろ3種。 そしてうに。いやぁ堪能しました。 まだ個人的にはいけましたが、追加はやめておきました。 個室の方まで聞こえてくる大将の説明。 やっぱりカウンターで食べてこそというのはあるんでしょうね。 バイトさんでは説明も覚束無く、酒もあまりわかっていませんでした。。。 おそらく都内だったら倍はするかと思います! いい寿司屋であることは間違いないところです。

埼玉で評判のお寿司屋さんです!この日はランチのお任せをいただきました予約が必要でカウンターのみ10人程で一回りすると終了になります。とても楽しませてもらいました二人でビールお酒を飲み12000円くらいで東京の有名店に比べれば安いと思いますオススメです!

【2020年3月訪問】 浦和駅からパルコを越えて徒歩5分ほどにあ。ます。 浦和でも屈指の人気寿司店です。 ランチ利用で4,200円の『おまかせコース』を頼みました。 店主のお話も交えながら過ごす空間も良いです。 味は偉そうなことを言える立場じゃ無いですが本当にどれも美味しいです。 その中でも特に鮪が美味しかったので追加注文で鉄火巻きを頼みましたがやはり美味しかったです。 またお伺いしたいと強く感じられるお寿司屋さんでした。

浦和の、いや埼玉の名店です。 場所は浦和東口から徒歩で数分。 住宅街の中にあります。 席数は多くなさそうなので予約するのがオススメ。 カウンターに通されつまみ含めたおまかせで注文。 以外今回の内容です。 白ばいがい 明石のたこ 稚内産の帆立貝 苫小牧産のあわび しゃこ 北海道の松前のブリ 珍味(絹くし豆腐、子持ち昆布、にしん、赤ホヤ、アワビのキモの甘煮) 白子焼き 岩手県産のひらめ 福井の鯖江のサバ 北海道の牡蠣 紅ズワイガニの味噌で焼いてる 天草のスミイカ 紀州和歌山のヒラスズキ 宮崎産の赤貝 千葉県木更津のきんあじ 東京都上津島コショウフエフキダイ 青森県大間のマグロ、中トロ、カマトロ 白うに 信州産松茸とトロの炙り うしお汁 どれも当たり前にうまいのだが、大将が一品一品丁寧に説明してくれる事により、旨みや良さが倍増。 大将の話こそ最高のスパイス。 そしてその料理、寿司は感動ものです。 赤ちゃん連れでしたが、赤ちゃんにも優しく対応して頂き、接客も料理も至れり尽くせり過ぎました。 この辺に住んでる方は一度は行くべきお店です。

Fish was pretty good quality but the fish at Endo Sushi in the Osaka fish market is just as good if not better for half the price and minimal wait times. The fish here was probably on par with middle to high level places in NYC and it's definitely an interesting experience, but I can't say that I would recommend this for everyone. I waited from 4:15am to 7:45am in late December. The good part is that I was able to make some friends while in line but honestly, it's just not good enough to justify a 3.5 hour wait when there are plenty of places of comparable quality (albeit at slightly higher prices) in Tokyo. That's the primary reason why I'm docking them a star in addition to a few pieces that were just okay, somewhat offset by a few pieces that were simply spectacular. Get the Shima Aji (striped jack) and Aji (horse mackerel!) Service was slightly rushed - Jiro style - which makes sense because out of consideration for everyone waiting outside.
