t	taru taru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チャーシュー担々麺をいただきました。ここの担々麺は無性に食べたくなる時があります。背脂の浮いた濃厚なスープはやや少なめ、チュルチュルした平たい麺が良く合います。チャーシューはトロッとしていて美味しいですよ！価格は周辺のラーメン屋さんと比べると、やや高めです。これは個々の価値観で捉える部分だと思います。店主は寡黙な感じですが、「ごちそうさま」などにはちゃんと反応してくれます。ジャスミン茶とお水のサーバーをもうちょっと手入れしていただけると安心ですね。 I had some pork noodles. 八	八頭大 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼間行ったのは初めてです。ちゃんとヤってましたが、隣のスーパーが激混みのせいで駐車場が混んでました。味は当然夜と同じ、好みは分かれるでしょうが男性好みの濃いめのスープとゴロッとしたチャーシューは相変わらずです。倅も二玉完食、満足してました、ご馳走様でした！ 3/25マンボウ開け、夜九時半に行きましたがほぼ満席、帰る人の後にまた来店客など金曜の夜とはいえ人気有るなぁ…マスターワンオベですが頑張ってます！ This is the first time I went in the daytime. 瘋	瘋癲のひろさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 船鳥県道沿いにあるこだわりの個人店で、昭和シェルの道挟んだ斜め向かいくらいの一見分かりづらいところに位置しています。券売機にて発券したらカウンターに乗せて注文する流れです。席はカウンター5席と1番奥に4名掛けのテーブルがあります。連れ2人と入店しテーブル席に着席。塩チャーシュー麺とチャーシューつけ麺を頼み着丼を待ちます。テーブル席の後ろではテレビが流れています。混んでいたので10分ほど待って着丼。盛り付けも色鮮やかで綺麗。スープを一口飲んだ瞬間に旨いと口に出していました。こだわりのブロックチャーシューは見た目から想像もつかないほどホロホロで柔らかく、しっかりと煮込んで濃いめの味付けでめちゃくちゃ旨いです。煮卵も濃いめの味付けがしてあります。スープは背脂が浮いていてこってりかと思えばそんなにくどくなくあっさりしている中にも濃厚な旨味を感じます。柔らかめの平ちぢれ麺がよく絡んでバランスも最高です。千葉で食べたラーメンの中で一番美味かったです。一見無愛想に見える店主ですがおそらく恥ずかがり屋か仕事を一生懸命で会話をするようなタイプでないだけなので気にしないで美味いラーメンに着目してあげてほしいです。次は味噌に挑戦します。ご馳走様でした。 It is a discerning private shop along the Funatori prefectural road, and it is located in a place that is difficult to understand at first glance, diagonally across the road from Showa Shell.
