★ ★ ★ ★ ★ どうしても大食いが止まらず、ダイエットなんてできないと思っていました。こちらのHPを見て、「耳つぼを刺激することで食欲が抑えられる」というので試しに来店。30分ほどで施術は終了。痛いと感じることはなく、本当に効くのかな？と半信半疑でしたが、続けていくことに。続けていくうちに、確かに以前より食欲は落ちてきているなと実感するようになりました。体重も少しづつではありますが、落ちてきました。だんだん体質も変わってきているみたいなので、このまま通い続けて、目標体重まで痩せることができればなと思っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私は痩せにくい体質というか食べることが大好きなので年中ぽっちゃりしていますが、過去に1度だけ痩せるサロンに出会ったことがあります。それが痩身サロンである耳つぼダイエットサロンです。耳つぼダイエットに興味を持ったのは、自分で食事制限をしなくていいところでした。過去に食事制限をしてみたらストレスで余計太ってしまったことがあったので…。耳つぼの効果はすごいものでした。続けることで、食事量が変わっていきました。もちろん無理に我慢しているわけでなく、満足感はあるのです。東京を離れたときに通えなくなったのでまた前の体質に戻りつつあるので、またこういったやせるサロンに出会いたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても気持ちよく通えて、なんでも話せるオーナーさんがいる、素敵なサロンです。耳つぼダイエットに少しでも興味があったら話だけでも聞くべきだと思います！自分の知らなかったことや、気づかされることが沢山あり、その後の自分の食生活への意識が変わることは間違いありません。私自身、オーナーさんのお陰でストレスなく、楽しくダイエットできました！耳つぼマッサージもとても気持ちがよくてクセになります。
