C	C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタジオが広く設備が整っているので安心してレッスンが受けられます。スタッフの方も皆さん親切です。最近は夜のレッスンが減ってしまい通えるクラスが限られてしまったので、星一つ減らしました。 The studio is large and well equipped, so you can take lessons with confidence. The staff are all kind. Recently, I have reduced the number of night lessons, so the number of classes I can attend is limited, so I reduced the number of stars by one.

藤	藤原里美 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ７月から利用させてもらいました。利用当初よりスタッフ皆さんが、とても明るく爽やかに対応してくれました。そんなスタッフの方々が、見守ってくださるところでったら、いつもダラダラとして途中で投げ出していたダイエットが出来るかも…!! ８月からダイエットプランを始めました。トレーニング担当のトレーナーさん食事担当の管理栄養士さんお二人のアメとムチ（笑）　　とても有り難く、少しでもその真剣さにお返しが出来るようにと、初めて２ヶ月頑張り通す事ができました。おまけに目標達成です♪ 本当に感謝です。ちょっと難を言ったら、シャワー室が…（汗）それがあっても　星５　を付けさせる、とても暖かで、家族的な雰囲気がたまらない　Arukuです。 I used it from July. 夕	夕日花子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ４月下旬にオープンしました。月額使用料がオープン記念価格で安価です。この安価な使用料金は一般的なジムであれば、デイ会員価格ですが、24時間いつでもOKで、お得です。ヨガスタジオは別料金です。器具は普通に揃っています。パーソナルもあるようですが良く分かりません。どちらかと言えば初心者向けか？ランニングマシンは窓際にあるので車や人の流れを見ながら使用できるので気が紛れて丁度よいです。 It opened in late April. Monthly fee is cheap at open commemorative price. This low-priced usage fee is a day membership price for a general gym, but it's good value, with 24 hours a day anytime. Yoga studios are at extra cost. The equipment is normal. It seems that there is also personal, but I do not understand well. If so, is it for beginners? The running machine is right at the window, so it can be used while watching the flow of cars and people, so it's just misleading.
