★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の人が審査かけてる家になんの説明もなく案内されてそこに決めようとして申し込みまでしたのに他の人の審査が通って結局その家契約できませんでした。
これが申し込みじゃなくて契約の段階だったら法律的にこの店アウトだったと思います。
仕事もすごく遅いし、態度も悪いです。
マナーや常識もなく、謝りもされませんでした。次の物件探しますか？みたいな事言われたけどもういいですって言って他のところ行ってこの件の話しましたが、他の不動産屋さんもここの不動産は最悪って言ってました。
この店クレームには慣れてると思います。態度が開き直ってました。
こんな店に仲介手数料なんて払いたくないです。もし仲介手数料が無料だったとしても二度と利用しないです。そのくらい酷いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メールにて物件の問合せをし、２通目まで返信が来ましたが、その後電話して不在、折返しをいただけるはずが連絡来ず。
メールのフォームでは内見したい日にちまで入力していましたが、その日を過ぎても何の音沙汰もありませんでした。
街の不動産屋さんで、親身になっていただけるかと思っていただけに、とても残念でした。
最終的には大手不動産屋さんにお世話になりました。
I inquired about the property by e-mail and received a reply up to the second one, but after that I was absent by phone and I should be able to get back, but I did not get in touch.
In the email form, I entered the date I wanted to preview, but after that date there was no sound.
It was a shame because I was wondering if I could be kind to a real estate agent in the city.
In the end, I was taken care of by a major real estate agent.

物件によってはここの不動産屋が管理会社になっているが、
そうゆう物件に関してはサポートはほとんどしてくれないと思った方がいい。
しかも更新の際に、賃貸更新料とは別に、更新事務手数料とか言って家賃の半分を請求してくる。
大手賃貸管理会社だとこんな請求してこないので、大手の方がお得だし対応がしっかりしてる。

他のレビューにある通り、確かにメール対応は遅いです。遅いというか無い？
ただ、本当にそこの物件を見たいとか入りたい人って、電話連絡すると思うんですよ。
で、私も結局電話連絡したんですが、そこからのスピードは早かったです。
内見日の設定もそうですが、内見時に不明な点を問い合わせると全て答えてくれました。
契約時や応対時に電話が鳴れば出るのが嫌だ！という方もおられますが、そもそも不動産屋さんは物件を紹介してナンボの商売です。
ましてや有限会社で、私が見たときは１人もしくは２人しかいなかった。
その状況で問い合わせの電話が鳴れば、むしろこっちから『取ってください』と言うくらいです。
それでもキチンと電話を取る際はこちらに一言「すみません」と言ってくれます。
それで十分では？とは個人的に思います。
自分が入ろうとしている物件がそれでキャンセルになるわけじゃないし。
説明も十分すぎるくらいしてくれますし、客対応も丁寧。
地域型の不動産屋さんとしては100点満点だと思います。
車で判断するわけじゃないが、営業さんがレクサスで登場した時は、あ…見た目も意識してるのかな？と思ったくらいです。
そりゃ、安い軽自動車でくるよりも、レクサスで来た方が印象は違いますよ。
客の目に映るものは、なるべく良いものでありたい…そう考えていらっしゃるなら、個人的には一流だなと。
こちらの不動産屋さんで物件を契約しましたが、私の周りでも物件を探す人がいれば、おススメしたい不動産屋さんです。。
