ロスを減らすのはいいと思うけど、ちょっとやりすぎ感がある。

良く丼ぶり物を頼むのですが、しょっちゅうご飯が炊けてなくてできないだの、卵が無くてできないだの…１度や２度ではありません。お弁当を扱っているのだから、無くなりそうだったら次のご飯を炊いておくとか、卵だって日持ちするものなんだから、無くなる前に仕入れておくとか、スーパーの中の店舗なんだから買ってくるとかしておいたらどうですか？
ご飯がたけるまで25分程かかりますが、どうしますか？と聞かれたけど、そんなに待てるわけ無いし、正直わざわざ買うために、車で１０分位かけて行ってるのに、しょっちゅうそんな調子で、他のお客さんにもそんな調子なんですかね。はっきり言って呆れています。
