今住んでいる物件にここで扱う物件のチラシが入っていた。
そのチラシには「今週土日現地説明会開催」の文字が。
そしてそのチラシにある土曜日に行きました。が
説明員はおらず、10分で戻りますの張り紙がありました。
そしてそこに表示のある携帯番号にかけてみると、
少しぶっきらぼうな男の人が電話に出ました。
「内覧に来たのですが」と伝えると、15分で行きますとの事。
外も暑い日でしたので断りました。
そもそも、地域一帯に週末内覧しますのチラシを入れておいて、当日なのに現地に人がいないとはどういうつもりなのか。昼でも15時でもないのに。
不思議でなりません。
北小岩の物件です。
もうここでは仲介してもらわないと決めました。
1以下の星がつけられないのが残念でなりません。
担当者として会社として客商売をしている以上、少しは考えた方がいいと思いますよ。

The property I live in now contained a leaflet for the property I'm dealing with here.

A slightly blunt man answered the phone.
When I told him, "I came to see it," he said that it would take 15 minutes.
It was a hot day outside, so I declined.
In the first place, what do you mean by putting a leaflet for a weekend preview all over the area and saying that there are no people on the day of the event? It's neither noon nor 15:00.
