★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地下にある為、初回は入店に勇気がいると思います。ただ、入ってしまえば、座席のレイアウトも良く、寛げる空間が待っています。料理も美味しいし、提供も早いのでオススメです。
 Because it is in the basement, I think it takes courage to enter the store for the first time. However, once you enter, the seat layout is good and a relaxing space is waiting. The food is delicious, and it is recommended because it is served quickly.

看板はしっかりあるので迷わないと思いますが、一応セブンイレブンの斜向かいにあります。
カウンター席の有る無いはわかりませんが、一人で行ってテーブル席へご案内。
料理は美味しかったです。
A little hard-to-enter shop located in the basement.
I think that the signboard is solid, so I do not get lost, but it is located just across the street from Seven Eleven.
I do not know that there is no counter seat, but go alone and guide to the table seat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビル1階にある地下への階段が、初めてのときはドキドキしますね。地下の店内はとても明るい照明と雰囲気。中国の方の経営だと思いますが、一見、塩対応にようですが、時折笑顔ありでホットな感じヨシです。肝心の料理は、私は好きな味つけです。しかもリーズナブルです。アンド喫煙可です?
The stairs to the basement on the first floor of the building are exciting the first time. The underground store has very bright lighting and atmosphere. I think it's run by a Chinese person, but at first glance it seems to be salt-friendly, but it's Yoshi who sometimes smiles and feels hot. The essential dish is my favorite seasoning. Moreover, it is reasonable. And smoking is allowed ?

日替り680円。
ライス、スープお替り自由。
鶏肉の胡椒炒め。
鶏肉は柔らかく、程よく胡椒が効いていて美味しく頂きました。
定食は、メイン、麻婆豆腐、ご飯、スープ、ザーサイ、杏仁豆腐とボリュームもあり！
同僚が食べた餃子も皮がもちもち、肉汁いっぱいで美味しいと言っていました。
その他にもランチの種類は多く、
昼時来たらまた寄ってみたいお店です。

乙女向けではない気もしますが……
A Chinese restaurant on Higashi Ikebukuro Otome Road.
It's cheap and delicious. A set meal may be about 300 yen cheaper than sunshine.
I don't think it's for maidens, but ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 这是一家坐落于池袋站西侧的彩蛋。不是偶遇义乌的女孩，在日本永远尝不到这种好味。推荐给独爱浙江菜的朋友。これは隠れたいいお店です。池袋の西側にあるエッグです。義烏に偶然出会った女の子ではない。日本ではこの味は永遠に味わえません。浙江料理だけ好きな友達にオススメです。
This is the easter egg of the Ikebukuro station. Unreasonable contingency, Yiwu-like girl, non-arrival of eternity in Japan. Zhejiang-style friend. This is a nice hidden shop. It is an egg on the west side of Ikebukuro. Not the girl who happened to meet Yiwu. In Japan, this taste cannot be tasted forever. Recommended for friends who only like Zhejiang food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty nice Chinese restaurant, though it's nothing fancy. The prices are not exactly cheap (about 980 yen for each dish, one of which is just barely enough to fill me up), but they're not outrageous for Tokyo.
The dishes are full of tasty veggies, and many are pretty spicy! It's a nice change of pace from the usual foods readily available at Ikebukuro. The lady working as waiter/cashier (the face of the store) is also really nice, and will try and use some English if it's clear you're not fluent in Japanese or Chinese.
My only [personal] problem is that smoking is totally ok. As a relatively small restaurant, this means that the whole place will smell at least a little bit like smoke at least some of the time.
