★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サンシャインに入っている店だから…と多少侮っている部分が有ったが、かなりクォリティが高い。
火鍋が推しの店だが、点心や一品料理も美味い。大陸寄りの日本人向けアレンジの味と言ったところだろうか。
火鍋は麻辣の味はそこまで感じない。ただ、奥深い薬膳の味がしっかりとする。
だいぶ食べやすい味に調整されており、火鍋を食べるとお腹壊すなんて思っている人は、ぜひ食べてみて欲しい。
これで、1人前3千円程度なのだから、びっくり価格である。文句なく、素晴らしい店だ。

翡翠麺で上品な味、酸味も程々で、具材も綺麗な切り方・質も良く、とても美味しかったです。
セットの杏仁豆腐も定番にして王道の作りで上品な味、安心して食べられました♪
セットで税込1390円、こんな値段なら美味しくて当たり前なので星を一つ減らしていますが、純粋に味だけなら星5です。

入口に消毒液有り・検温有り。
席のパーテーションはしっかりあるが、テーブル位置によっては通路向かいの席からノーガードなので自衛が必要。
バッシング後のテーブル平面は消毒清掃やってるけど、テーブルカスターや調味料入れはノーマークっぽかったので、使う前に自前の消毒液でフキフキした方が良いです。テーブルの紙ナプキンを無造作に使うのはリスキーかと。

The table surface after bashing is disinfected and cleaned, but the table casters and seasoning containers are like no marks, so it is better to fluff with your own disinfectant before using. Is it risky to use the paper napkins on the table casually?

妹には、ちょうど良い辛さだったみたいだけど?私は、花椒たっぷりが好きなんだけど、コクがあって美味しく完食しました?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 週末のお昼にサンシャインでお食事をと思い足を運びました。この周辺は週末ですと若者でかなり賑わっている感じですので、落ち着いてゆったり出来るお店を探し、こちらを見つけました。
店内は広く、しっかりとソーシャルディスタンスが取られ、シールドなども設置されています。それぞれの席にプライベート感があり、感染予防もしっかりと講じられていると感じました。
ランチメニューもありますが、今回はアラカルトでオーダーをしました。どれも、かなり美味しいです。熱々で、味付けもしっかりされており、ボリュームもあります。酸辣湯麵は二人でも食べきれないほどのボリュームでした。
次回はディナーで火鍋を試してみたいと思います。
定員さんの感じもよく、静かに丁寧な気配りで美味しく、落ち着いたランチを取ることが出来ました。おススメです。

なので、まだ火鍋を食べられずにいたりします(笑
