★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only if they have non-smoking area, I would like to vote for 4 or 5 stars. The foods are at its best taste and largest variants among chinese restaurants around Ikebukuro. Unfortunately both my visit had bad experiences with tabacco issue.

It is a kind of restaurants where you get a good amount of food for reasonable price let me list the review in points
-Taste
It is not the best Chinese food you may taste, but it being halal makes your choices limited, however, I tried other halal Chinese restaurants and still this one is not quite the best, the minced meat had a lot of onions in it and the steamed pastry had a lot of dough which felt like eating a dough with a hint of meat.
The skewer was amazing and taste really exceptional, I tried all skewer types ( beef, mutton, chicken, fish) and they all taste amazing, I would really recommend it with your meal.
-Quantities
Some quantities are bigger than expected, and other quantities are just okay.
The beef rice quantity was big and enough if you are normally hungry, the
-Prices
The prices are acceptable in a way, but some plates are overpriced, it really depends on your order
-Location
The location is great it is just few minutes walk from ikebukuro North exit
*Cons.
-The restaurant doesn't have a prayer room for Muslims, and that was strange for a halal restaurant !!!!
-The menu is in Chinese and Japanese, it doesn't make sense to have a halal restaurant without at least 1 English speaking staff, also the quantities in the menu is unclear, you will need to ask to understand the quantity served with the price written.
-The food took a bit of time to get served
-You can clearly smell of smoke coming from people smoking just outside the restaurant.
- if you come a bit late you will wait in a long queue smelling the smoke for longer time.
Overall I would say it is an average restaurant with average taste and a bit larger quantities
