★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水煮牛肉定食が美味しいお店。丼で提供され、肉はやや少なめですが、香辛料と野菜がたっぷり入っているため、食べごたえがありました。御茶ノ水の川菜館の味に近いような気がします。個人的にはもう少し油多めでも良かったかも。
A restaurant with a delicious boiled beef set meal. It was served in a bowl and the meat was a little small, but it was delicious because it contained plenty of spices and vegetables. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しい酸菜魚をいただきました。唐辛子は朝天唐辛子と鷹の爪、2種類使用しているようです。
白身魚（バサでしょうか？）、高菜（四川から取り寄せているそうです！）、たっぷりのニンニク、唐辛子２種、生姜、という非常にシンプルな具材ですが、油分少なめな出汁が味わい深くて美味しい！今度は是非沸騰魚も食べてみたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチタイムに利用。店内には四角いテーブル、円卓が並び、お一人様は円卓で間隔を空けて相席。日本の町中華のメニューもあれば、大陸的なメニューもあります。
「牛肉の四川風煮込み（水煮牛肉）」を注文しましたが、麻がそこそこ効いていて、辣はやや控えめのスッキリとした印象で、美味しい水煮牛肉だったと思います。
Used at lunch time. Square tables and round tables are lined up in the store, and one person can share a table with a round table. Some menus are Chinese in Japanese town, while others are continental.
I ordered "Sichuan-style stewed beef (boiled beef)", but the hemp worked reasonably well, and the 辣 had a slightly modest and refreshing impression, and I think it was delicious boiled beef.

13時以降は水餃子食べ放題に釣られて入店いたしました。
注文はこの日のおすすめに書かれてた青椒肉絲＋ミニ麻婆。
注文から出てくるまで15分程度だったので水餃子を5個ほど食べてお替り取りに行った所で来ました。
想像以上に多い青椒肉絲でしたがご飯お替り無料だったのでご飯と一緒にたっぷり食べられました。
コスパ◎でまた来ようと思います。
ただ店内がちょっと暑かったかな…コロナ対策でドア開けっ放しだしクーラーガンガン効かせられないだろうけどもうちょっと涼しくしてくれたら満点です。

There were more green pepper steaks than I had imagined, but the rice was free of charge, so I was able to eat plenty with the rice.
I will come again at COSPA ◎.
However, I wonder if the inside of the store was a little hot ... The door was left open as a measure against corona, and the cooler gun gun wouldn't work, but it would be perfect if it was a little cooler.

ランチ激戦区の池袋にあっても確実に空いているので、重宝します。エビチャーハンをオーダー。結構あっさりした味で良きです。
2022.03 平日昼12:50頃に再訪
定食はどんなもんかと思い、エビチリ定食を注文。辛さが立つエビチリで、やや旨みが足りない気も。ただ変に甘ったるいものよりかは、良かったと思います。そして安定の水餃子食べ放題。大変満足でした。
2022.02 平日昼12:45頃に初訪問
汁なし坦々麺800円と半チャーハン+100円（この日は週替わりセットだったので税込800円！安い！）を注文。汁なし坦々麺、美味しいですねー。麻の痺れは無いですが、バランスの良い辛さです。麺も良い感じ。中辛にしましたが、辛いもの好きなら物足りないので、大辛を推奨。茹でもやしが乗ってるからか少し味が薄まったので、テーブルの醤油と酢で微調整させてもらいました。
チャーハンは、炊飯器に入れてるタイプですかね？ しっとり目ですが、味も変にぼんやりとはしてないので、美味しいです。ただ、結構量が多い…。
13時以降の水餃子食べ放題は、13時に店内にいれば、途中からでもOKみたい。茹でたてモチモチで美味しかったです！

I wondered what the set meal was, so I ordered the shrimp chili set meal. The spicy shrimp chili makes me feel a little lacking in umami. I think it was better than just a strangely sweet one. And stable all-you-can-eat dumplings. I was very satisfied.

I ordered 800 yen for soupless tantanmen and +100 yen for half fried rice (800 yen including tax because it was a weekly set on this day! Cheap!). Shirunashi Tantanmen is delicious, isn't it? There is no numbness in the hemp, but it is a well-balanced spiciness. The noodles are also good. I made it medium spicy, but if you like spicy food, it's not enough, so I recommend big spicy. The taste was a little diminished probably because the boiled bean sprouts were on it, so I fine-tuned it with soy sauce and vinegar on the table.
Is fried rice the type that you put in a rice cooker? It's moist, but the taste isn't too vague, so it's delicious. However, the amount is quite large ...
All-you-can-eat dumplings after 13:00 seems to be OK even from the middle if you are in the store at 13:00. It was freshly boiled and chewy and delicious!
