賃貸物件に住んでいた時に雨漏りをして、すぐに対応して欲しいと
相談するが休みだから対応しないとか、連絡をくれないとか
結局５日間ほど家の中で雨降っている感じでした。
もちろん、家具や絨毯、シーリングライトは汚れてたり、壊れたり、住めないためホテル等を利用したりしましたがこのようなことを伝えても、その件については何も対応、補償はありませんでした。
普段は問題ないと思いますが緊急事態になると対応は遅く、安心した対応をしてくれる訳ではないので星１つにしました。

I don't think there is usually a problem, but in the event of an emergency, the response is slow and it does not mean that the response will be reassuring, so I gave it one star.
