中華そば普通(300 g)800円をいただきました。煮干しと醤油の味が前面に現れているラーメン。乗ってるチャーシューが大きく迫力がありました。ただ後半になると味がぼやけてくるのが残念です。

人気の春馬グループの中でも一際個性的なお店。個性的というのは「癖になる」「中毒性がある」という事を指す。煮干しの効かせ方がちょっと他にはありません。意図的に作られている低加水の個性的な麺もまた春馬グループの大きな特徴。チャーシューの気前の良さと豚臭い味付けがまた堪らない。中華蕎麦は鉄板だけどこちらのつけ麺もヤバい!レモンを絞れば更に最強。朝ラーも安定的に提供する、良いお店です。 店内の細かい感染対策がやや不十分な所が惜しいので、星4個。(特にレンゲをカウンターの穴開き容器に置くの……やめませんか?…)

味玉中華そばいただきました! 煮干しが強すぎて、ここまで強いと個人的にはキツすぎる、、、 チャーシューも分厚くて、一見凄いけど、強い煮干しに分厚いチャーシューの重さが二重苦。。。 1番のおすすめですが、この中華そばは苦手すぎます。 でも、周りを見てまぜそばが美味しそうだったので、 次行って、まぜそばや辛そばを食べたいと思います。

初来店。 まぜそば普通盛り(麺300g)を注文。 麺は中太でワシワシ系。 基本の具材は生卵、もやし、ねぎ、メンマ、磯海苔、角切りチャーシュー。 これにトッピングで味玉をチョイス。 更に「追い飯」も。 アツアツのタレと混ぜると卵に緩く火が通ってカルボナーラみたいになりますね。 黒胡椒を思ってる3倍かけるとめっちゃ美味しいです?✨ 麺完食しつつ具とタレは少し残しておいて、そこに追い飯をドン! 具を混ぜ込んで一味をパラパラと。 いやーこれめっちゃ美味しっ?❗️ 角切りの柔らかチャーシュー美味しいので、次は多めに残して追い飯の具にしようと思いました。 でもこんだけ美味いとチャーシューモリモリの「豚そば」も気になるな…? 駐車場がちょっと狭いのと、テーブル調味料にラー油が欲しかったトコロ。

ラーメンは個々の好みであり個人の意見が万人向けではない事をご理解して頂きます。最高に美味いより又行きたいと思われる店が好みです。 天童で人気店であると言われいつも混んでいるとのことで来店。 連れがラーメン私がつけ麺頂きました。 つけ麺の麺に岩海苔とレモン。スープにデカく厚い肉?チャーシュー?。 濃厚煮干しという割にはそれほどでもないのは煮干しの種類でしょうか、少し物足りなさを感じニンニク入れた。チャーシュー?が硬く噛みきれない。中太綿とスープが合わない気がした。 岩海苔も味が薄い。割りスープが自分の好みで調整出来ない。 他のレビュー見たら「肉臭いがす癖になる」と数名記載あり、これが好みなら最高のラーメンでしょう。
