写真は麻辣刀削麺、パクチー増し、山椒増しです。
請求時に1100円だったので各々100円なんでしょう。
刀削麺はデフォルトが坦々刀削麺ですが、頼むと麻辣刀削麺に変更可能でした。もやし多めでシャキシャキしてました。
麻辣刀削麺としては普通に期待した通りの刀削麺だったと思います。
炒飯写真があらませんが、こちらも程よい半炒飯サイズなのでたくさん食べたい人はセットではなくアラカルトにオーダーした方が良いでしょう。

Fried rice I don't have a photo, but this is also a reasonable half-fried rice size, so if you want to eat a lot, you should order a la carte instead of a set.

刀削麺が中心の中華料理屋さんです。
刀削麺は、並盛と大盛では丼のサイズ共々量もまるで違います。
よって大盛を注文するようオススメします。
マーラー刀削麺大盛をお食べ下さい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 坦々刀削麺、本当にモチモチでひき肉もスープも美味しかったです。中国留学中、毎日食べていたので本当に懐かしい。店内綺麗で店員さんもとても親切でした。二階で入りにくい感じもしますが女性一人でも全然平気でした✌️妊婦だけど美味しすぎてスープも飲み干す勢いでした?
その後２年ぶりに訪問しユイシャンロースを食べました、麺以外のランチも美味しかったです。接客が丁寧で心地よいです。
The sword-cut noodles were really chewy and the minced meat and soup were delicious. I really miss it because I ate it every day while studying in China. The inside of the store was beautiful and the clerk was very kind. It may be difficult to enter on the second floor, but even one woman was fine ✌️ I was a pregnant woman, but it was too delicious and I had the momentum to drink up the soup ?
After that, I visited for the first time in two years and ate Yuishan loin. Lunch other than noodles was also delicious. The customer service is polite and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 五反田駅東口から直ぐ近くにある刀削麺のお店に入店。通り沿いのビルの2階、店内は狭く男性店員さんに案内され、相席。小さなアクリルボードがあるがほとんど意味をなさないコロナ対策。
ランチセットA 半炒飯、坦々刀削麺のセットを注文、パクチーは大丈夫ですかと聞かれ大丈夫と応える。
それほど待たずにセットが届く、刀削麺を食べるのはかなり久々。麺は太めでもちもち、ひき肉の炒めもの、もやし、パクチーのトッピング。スープは酸味が強めの独特な味、もやしの茹で具合は絶品シャキシャキ、パクチーが爽やか。炒飯はパラパラタイプの真逆、ベチャッとしている。付け合せにザーサイがつく。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is only profit-driven and service is awful. We ordered for takeout and the owner was cooking for eat-in customers first even two groups of them arrived after us. After waiting for almost 50 mins, we asked how longer should we wait. The answer was he hasn't started cooking for us yet and we need to wait for another 30 mins at least. Waiting for 80 mins is NOT waiting a bit which promised by the owner when we ordered. It's ridiculous.
