★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隣のトータスで車を購入し、以来メンテナンスでお邪魔しています。ここのスタッフさんはどなたもとてもしっかりしていて安心しています。購入時、隣のトータスの営業さんに若干不手際があったのですが、最後まできちんと対応してくださったのは、オイルチェンジカフェの整備士さんでした。今後もお世話になる予定です。
 I bought a car in Tortoise next door and have been disturbing it since the maintenance. The staff here are very solid and reassured. At the time of purchase, there was a slight inconvenience to the sales representative of Tortoise next door, but the mechanic of the Oil Change Cafe was the one who responded properly until the end. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 利用しはじめて、既に三台目の車です。今日は12か月点検ですが、今までのディーラーでの購入や点検が霞むような、丁寧な説明、には、いつも感心します。何かとディーラーは、「説明してもわからないでしょ」的な雰囲気を感じるのですが、トータスさんでは、そのような思いをする事はありません。車にあまり詳しくない、女性にはとてもお勧めだと思います。
It's already the third car since I started using it. Today is a 12-month inspection, but I'm always impressed with the polite explanations that make the purchases and inspections at dealers so far hazy. Somehow, the dealer feels like "I don't understand even if I explain it", but Mr. Tortoise does not have such a feeling. I think it is highly recommended for women who are not very familiar with cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで私がディーラーで受けていた仕打ちはなんだったんだろうか、と不思議に思うくらい気持ちのよい対応をしてくださいます。性別や見た目で差別しないのがすばらしいです。以前行っていたス○キでは、私が行くと高額修理を勧められ、男性が行くと修理なしと言われるなど、差がひどかったです。(もちろん同じ車です。)ここは説明が的確、全スタッフが親切、情報共有がちゃんとしています。だから、支払いも気持ち良くできます。トータス相模原店もそうでしたが、これだけ優秀なスタッフがそろっているのはすばらしいです。社内環境もよいのではないかなぁと感じます。
Please give me a pleasant response that makes me wonder what kind of treatment I have received at the dealer. It's great not to discriminate on the basis of gender or appearance. At Suki, where I used to go, I was advised to do expensive repairs when I went, and when a man went, I was told that there was no repair, and the difference was terrible. (Of course, it's the same car.) The explanation is accurate, all the staff are kind, and information sharing is proper. Therefore, you can pay comfortably. As with the Tortoise Sagamihara store, it is wonderful to have such excellent staff. I feel that the internal environment is also good.
