■近隣に施主および建設会社の説明不足、近隣への騒音に関する謝罪なし、補償なし
■このような、企業経営者が居ることが信じられない、建設関係ではあたりまえのようです。
騒音が８０～９０dB越え信じられません、母の介護中に付きお手柔らかにお願い致します。
「法律は最低の道徳、道徳は最高法律」と言います。
■建設期間２年間、まだ来年の２月一杯まで、せめて土曜日も休みにして頂きたい、体が持ちません。

退去時の引き渡しは土日ではなく平日を強制し、建物内に問題があった際にはこちらには非がないの一点張り。
管理会社としてどうかと思います。
谷津建設が管理会社の物件は絶対に住まない方がいいです。
