★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく適当な対応。言葉は通じないし、新しく買った携帯はコロナ禍なのにベタベタ消毒もしないで触るし、買った携帯は粗末に扱うしと27年位ドコモで契約しているが、こんな事は初めてです。現在実際色々と困っているが、あんな店絶対に行かない。☆を1つでもつけるのはイヤな店。対応がかなり悪いので注意してください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 故障(先週保証交換したもの)で来店。担当の方は丁寧でやさしく対応していただきましたが問題の解決には至らず、保証交換なのに修理できない場合は、また同じ金額がかかってしまうとのこと、つまり新機種購入した方が……と考えさせる…保証交換で不具合は修理でなく交換してほしいですね。
保証交換とはいえ代金取られているので………

駐車場の出入り口は相変わらず改善はされてません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内広く無料の充電サービスないものの接客態度よい。美人の店員さんがおおいのもよい?駐車場が狭い上に入り口が一つしかないから星一つ減らした。
