4Gから5Gの契約変更は、ネットでは出来ないので、店舗かインフォメーションセンターでの対応になるようです。
It was a male clerk's response, but it was less difficult than the previous female clerk, and I liked the gentle response.
The contract change from 4G to 5G cannot be done online, so it seems that it will be handled at the store or information center.
