なので定期的に品揃えや値段をチェックしに行って購入を考えます。だから顔はよく見るから覚えてる店員さんもいて挨拶してくれたり相談に乗ってくれます。でもあの方は、、、
(別の方ですが)自分が分からないからといって、客の要望を変えさせるのはどうでしょう。初めての経験をしました。分からないなら分かる人に聞きましょう。先輩や上司がいるのに。これは本人だけのせいなのですかね？今までも分からないだけのパターンは何度もあります。何故でしょうね

ウェブコムでの注文を促されたが、そこでも在庫無しなのに24時間以内に出荷とウソの表記をしていた！
もし確認せずに注文していたら２ヶ月待たされるところだった！
時間を無駄にさせられた！２度とヤマダは使いません！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100万ボルトでレコーダーとリモコンが合わなくなり見てもらったらメーカーに出しとの事で、ヤマダ電気に持って行き見てもらったらリモコンが狂ってますとなおして下さいました。
無料で助かりました。!
