防災広場は住宅密集地など「延焼防止」の観点から設けられた小広場のようです。
なので、防災庫や水道の蛇口がたくさん設けられています。
花壇には色とりどりの花が植えられていて綺麗です。
少し休憩としても利用もしても良さそうです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住宅街にある公園です。小ぢんまりとした広場になっており、ものが少なく、さっぱりしています。
そこまで交通量はない、閑静な住宅街にあります。あまり目立つ場所ではなく、基本的には人が居ないです。
遊具はないので、子供がよく利用するという感じでもありません。トイレもありません。
少しですが座れる椅子と、手洗い場があるので、散歩の途中の休憩に使うのには良いと思います。
こちらの公園の少し南側の、中央線の高架沿いには本田東公園という公園があり、そちらは遊具があるので、そちらの方がよく子供たちの姿を見ます。
It is a park in a residential area. It is a small open space with few things and is refreshing.
It is located in a quiet residential area with less traffic. It's not a very conspicuous place, and basically there are no people.
There are no playground equipment, so it doesn't feel like children often use it. There is no toilet.
There are a few chairs to sit on and a restroom, so I think it's a good place to take a break during a walk.
There is a park called Honda Higashi Park along the elevated Chuo Line on the south side of this park, and there are playground equipment, so you can see the children more often there.
