★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このショップでTREKのバイクを3台購入しました。TREKのバイクは他のショップでも取り扱っている所がありますが、メンテナンスなどアフターサービスがしっかりしており、信頼できるショップです。トライアスロン向けの商品も扱っており、経験者ならではのアドバイスも頂けます。
I bought 3 TREK bikes at this shop. There are places where TREK bikes are also sold at other shops, but the after-sales service such as maintenance is firm and it is a reliable shop. We also offer products for triathlon, and you can receive advice unique to experienced people.

バイクを買うお客さんにはまだ笑顔だが、
ウエットスーツだけだとあしらわれる。
安い客だな、としか思われてないよう。
ウエットスーツについてメールで質問したが返事すら返ってこない。
ＨＰの中身だけは立派だが、
誠実なお店だとはとても思えない。
品ぞろえも全然よくない。少なすぎる。
大阪ならベックオンとかに行った方が絶対にいい。

訴えてもおかしくないレベルの話。
大会前にメンテ依頼したら、
人のバイクにやたらとイチャモンつけるし、
バーテープ勝手に色変えて費用請求してくるわ、
バイクメンテの費用をカード支払で頼んだら、
受け取りのタイミングになってから、一括しか無理とか。
なら、
全部依頼の段階で先に伝えとくべき。 最初にそれを伝えてくれ。
バーテープも勝手に色変えられ、 誰もこんなことは頼んでない。
あくまでバイクのメンテナンスを頼んだのに。
元の色に戻して欲しいと言ったら、 こっち請求。
バーテープ、再利用するなりしろや。 リザードスキンを勝手に破棄。
色変えられたのが一番めんどくさい。
消耗品でも安い買い物じゃ無いんだから。
もう一度自分で巻き直すという、非常に手間。
大阪市内のロードバイクショップの中でも相当クソな店。
2度と利用することは無い。
数年経っても、思い出すだけで腹が立った対応。
家族でやってる。プロショップという言葉をやたら連呼してくるが、実態は謎。
3流の店。
ここ利用するなら、カンザキさんとかウエムラさんとか行った方が絶対いい。
バイク買いそうな客には何かしらやさしい。
コスパの悪い客といい客をみて接客してくる。
なんも買わん客とか、
休日ぶらりの客とか完全に塩対応になる可能性がある。
行ったらわかる。
興味ある人と、付き合いある人限定で。
これ以上被害者増やしたらあかん。
たぶん店舗の人間も見てるだろうが、全然見て思い出せばいい。
本当に最悪だった。二度と利用しません。
