j	jimny makomoko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人に進められてマウンテンバイクのタイヤ交換のため車に自転車を積んで来店しました。来店してすぐに男性店員(たぶん店長さん)と女性店員がお店の外に出てきてくれて対応していただきました。 (素人の私が)事前に電話で聞いていた工賃とかなりの違いがあり、いろいろ質問したのですが、男性店員から見下したような回答(言い方)をされ、呆れたのか、それともめんどくさくなったのか途中(何も言わずに)で店内に消えて行きました。(泥汚れがあったため、｢余分に工賃頂きましょうかね～｣が印象的でした。) 残った女性店員と作業について話をしましたが折り合いが付かず、断って自転車を車に積み始める前に、女も店内に消えていました。教えてもらった友人には、とても言えませんが、ON(金になる)･OFF(金にならない)がハッキリしているかんじで、個人的には人に進められるお店ではない。仕方なく少し遠いがその足で、別のお店に行きましたが、接客態度は雲泥の差でした。作業については、頼む気にもなれなかったので知りません。 A friend of mine pushed me to change the tires of my mountain bike, so I loaded my bicycle into the car and came to the store. ひ	ひま on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自転車のタイヤの空気が抜けてたため、来店した。すぐに修理できそうな具合なのに、忙しいの一点張りで修理を拒否してくる。普通は自転車の状態を見て、早急に対応できるかを見るものなのではないだろうか？粘ってしぶしぶとやってくれたが作業が雑であった。結局は虫ピンのゴムの劣化とのことで2,3分で修理完了した。すぐにできるほど簡単な修理なのだが、断るのは理解に苦しむ。ちなみに、買い物の帰りに店を確認したが、特に何もしてなく大して忙しくない様子である。この店の店長は対応が悪く、こんな自転車屋は初めてである。近くのイオンバイクの方が丁寧なため、そちらに行くことをおすすめする。 I came to the store because the tires of my bicycle were deflated. 2	21 Detective on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 男性店員の接客態度が悪すぎるという印象を個人的に得た。まるで客を見下したような態度を取り、「こんなんで来るなや。こちとらお得意様の修理で忙しいんじゃ。」と言わんばかりの見下した態度を取って来る。仲間内の仲良しサークルが店を経営し、一見さんかたまに来る客は蔑ろにしていると個人的に感じる。勿論、店の経営スタイルなんざ店主の自由だ。サービスを受ける者、する者は取引をしているから対等、五分五分だからお客に謙ってペコペコしろとは微塵も思っちゃいない。けどな、然るべき最低限度の「人を不愉快にさせる立ち居振る舞い」をするのは絶対あってはならないと思う。この店に行くな！なんて言わない。行くも行かぬも自由。しかし私は個人的に不愉快な気持ちを何度かさせられた事実に基づき、二度と行かないわ。 I personally got the impression that the male clerk's customer service attitude was too bad.
