管理組合がしっかりしているので、安心です。
古いマンションですが、バス停近く阪急電車やＪＲも10分以内で、とても便利です。
治安は良いと思います。

コートそのものはなかなか綺麗なコートです。
しかし、コートのサイドや、バックサイドは、ちょっと注意が必要です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 敷地内が一方通行になってて、少しでも逆走をしてしまうと（知らずに間違った）、守衛が走って来て注意されます。その後も他の守衛だと思われる方が寄って来て、偉そうに同じ事で注意してきます。後日調べたところ、敷地内へ入る際、入口の守衛が注意事項等の書かれた用紙？を渡す決まりになってて、私の場合はそんな物渡されてませんでした。なので、私はありのままの事実を記し、低評価としました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建物は古いけど修繕はきっちり計画的にやってる。あと、住環境がいい。ライフ、エディオン、セリア、セブンイレブン、ウエルシアが徒歩1〜3分以内にある。敷地内には整形外科、郵便局、保育園、テニスコートがある。犬猫も飼えて、すぐ近くの淀川の河川敷でお散歩できます。地下にあったスーパーは潰れちゃいました・・・便利だったのに。
The building is old, but the repairs are done in a well-planned manner. Also, the living environment is good. Life, Edion, Celia, Seven-Eleven and Welcia are within a 1-3 minute walk. There are orthopedics, a post office, a nursery school and a tennis court on the premises. You can also keep dogs and cats and take a walk on the riverbed of the Yodo River nearby. The supermarket in the basement has collapsed ... it was convenient.
