★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 『町中華で飲ろうぜ』を毎週だらだらと見ていると町中華でランチを食べようと検索している自分がいます。
甲州街道の高尾から西八王子のエリアはほぼ未開です。この日は時間があったので高尾駅から町田街道より西八王子寄りにある『つるや食堂』にお邪魔しました。
店内にはウーロン杯？を飲みながら海老フライを食べている女性がひとりが先客でした。壁一面のメニューを眺めて決めたのが、カツカレー1000円でした。
カツカレーは、カツとカレーとライスを単独あるいは組み合わせて楽しめるのでかなり好きなメニューです。在宅勤務の昼なので瓶ビールは自重しました。
程なく調理の音が聞こえてきました。待つこと十分くらいで丸くてかなりの大皿に載せられて、中華スープと共に提供されました。カレーはかなりの大盛りです。
奥にドーンとトンカツ、手前にタップリの食堂カレー左端に福神漬けが配置されてました。まずトンカツソースを掛けてカツからいただきます。やや薄いものの大きなトンカツでカリカリに揚がってます。
カレーは豚肉もゴロゴロ入っていてグレード高いですね。カレーとトンカツソースが馴染んでしっとりしたトンカツも好きです。
という感じで色々と楽しんでお腹一杯でご馳走さまでした。

The area from Takao to Nishi-Hachioji on the Koshu Kaido is almost unexplored. Since I had time on this day, I visited "Tsuruya Shokudo", which is located near Nishi-Hachioji from Machida Kaido from Takao Station.
Is the oolong cup in the store? One woman who was eating fried shrimp while drinking was a guest. When I looked at the menu on the wall, I decided to make a cutlet curry for 1000 yen.
Katsu curry is a favorite menu because you can enjoy cutlet, curry and rice individually or in combination. Since I work from home, I had to take bottled beer.
I heard the sound of cooking soon. Waiting enough, it was served on a round and pretty platter and served with Chinese soup. The curry is quite large.
Dawn and pork cutlet were placed in the back, and Fukugami-zuke was placed at the left end of the restaurant curry at Tappuri in the foreground. First of all, add the Tonkatsu sauce and start with the cutlet. It's a little thin but big tonkatsu and crispy.
The curry has pork in it and it has a high grade. I also like the pork cutlet with the curry and pork cutlet sauce that is so moist.
With that feeling, I enjoyed various things and had a great treat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ご夫婦お二人で作る、昔ながらの町中華屋さんです。中華の他に鰺フライ定食やとんかつ定食、カツカレーなどメニューも豊富でリーズナブルな値段です。
時々、お二人の言い合いが聞こえますがご愛嬌です。
It is a traditional Chinese restaurant made by a couple. In addition to Chinese food, there are plenty of menus such as fried horse mackerel set meal, pork cutlet set meal, and cutlet curry at a reasonable price.
Sometimes I hear the two of them arguing, but it's cute.

夫婦で切り盛り。店構え的には入りづらい雰囲気ですが、地元の常連客たちで賑わっている様子。
メニューは豊富。量も多め。全体的に味濃いめ。そういう意味でもまっすぐな町中華。
五目チャーハンはトッピングが奇抜、ナルトとかまぼこたっぷり。チャーシューはややしょっぱいかな。
ラーメンは魚介のダシがやや効いている醤油味。細い縮れ麺でスープあつあつ。八王子ラーメンではないです。
出前もしている様子ですが、ひっきりなしに注文の電話があってなかなか忙しそう。
