I don't think you need such a plaza because there is a big and nice park right next to it. The landscape is nice though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 浅川沿いの小さな公園。広場という名称でも分かる通り公園という感じがしません。気持ちばかりの遊具とベンチと藤棚と数本の樹木はお年寄りの休憩所という感じです。
A small park along Asakawa. It doesn't feel like a park. The playground equipment, benches, wisteria trellis and a few trees are just like a resting place for the elderly.
