H	Hitomi s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 月に２回以上は行ってます。多いときはほぼ毎日通ったことも。盛り合わせを頼むことが多いです。牡蠣の時期はロースかつ、エビフライ、三陸産の牡蠣フライの3種類の盛り合わせになります。牡蠣の時期でない時はホタテのフライに変わります。広島産の牡蠣を使用する店が多い中、自分が好きな三陸産の牡蠣を使用していることがいいです。もちろんどれを食べても美味しい。パン粉やソース、ドレッシングも手作り、肉は冷凍じゃなくて、肉と魚介類の揚げ油が別だとか、こだわってるとこも良いです。あと、豚汁が最高に美味しいです。漬物も酸味があって好きです。ご飯もいつの季節もつやつやで水加減も良いです。 I go there more than twice a month.
