★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔からトンカツを食べるならココ。ご夫婦で切り盛りされている静かで小さなお店。ロースとんかつは安定のおいしさ。
メンチカツはデミグラスソースがたっぷりだし、しょうが焼きも美味しい。
しかしながら、今時ランチタイムに喫煙OKってのはどうかと思う。喫煙者の自分でも食事中のタバコの臭いは苦手。窓を少し開けようとしたら、注意されました。

早速注文すると厨房からは、お肉を叩く音・玉子を溶く音が聞こえ、否が応でも期待が高まります！
200gと大きめの肉のオーダーなので『時間が掛かるかな？』と思いきや、10分も掛からない内に到着☆
(店内はピーク前だったので)
メインの とんかつ は、揚がり具合も良さそうな色合い！！
添えられたキャベツはお替り自由で、ご飯は普通盛なら3杯までOK(^^)
さてと、とんかつを頂きましょう！
極厚のお肉なのに、とても柔らかく とっても ジューシー！！
脂身は甘く くどく なく、最後まで飽きる事なく、美味しく頂けました。
少し強めの黒胡椒が、個人的に好印象です！

メニューがメニュー表の他に、壁のあちこちにあって見るのが大変でした(笑)
メニューが沢山あって飽きない工夫がされてるのかなという印象。
定食を注文しましたが内容としては満足でしたが、カツの揚げが足りないのか温度が低いのか肉の臭みが残ったままで肉もほんのり赤みがかって大丈夫なのかなぁと思いました。
あと小鉢、味が染みてて美味しかったけど油揚げの色が悪く、何でこうなったんだろ？と思いました。

荒川沖から来ると信号で分岐した三角地帯にあります。
駐車場は砂利で分散して6台ほどかな？
先客ひと組。自分が食べてる時にひと組と緩いお昼。
店内はメニューがたくさん貼ってあります。
椅子席と小上がりの席、、、
「ロースカツ150ｇ定食」を注文です。
揚げる音を聴きながら待ちます。
配膳
結構な大きさと厚さのとんかつとキャベツ、煮物小鉢、漬物、味噌汁となかなかのボリュームですね！
とんかつはジューシーで柔らかいです。衣は邪魔しません。なかなか上手く揚げてありますね！
ロースよりヒレに近いあっさり感。キャベツは結構荒く切ってあり、食感が良いですね！自分はこのくらいが好きですね。ご飯は茶碗にモリモリです。
ご飯、キャベツおかわりできます。
キャベツおかわりしました。流石にご飯この一杯で十分な盛り?
夏場だったので最初は冷えた麦茶（沢やな風味あり）
食事終わる頃に暖かいお茶が配膳。
なかなかのホスピタリティ。

(小鉢もついてて全体的にボリュームがあるので、おかわり?しなくても超満腹です?)
トンカツの衣(下面)が、千切りキャベツの水気を吸って、やわやわになってしまってたのが、もったいないな〜?と思いましたが、まぁこれも大衆食堂の定番かなと、、?。
ご夫妻できりもりされてるのでしょう、厨房で黙々とトントン♪料理し続けるお父さん、『ありがとうございますぅ〜〜〜』のイントネーション(笑)が心地よいお母さんが印象的でした?。
