★ ★ ★ ★ ★ セントラル系のお店です。ラーメンは安くないですが麺大盛、ライス無料を考慮すれば沢山食べる方にはコスパ良いかも⁉️麺はオリジナルらしいですが、加水率の低い麺で美味しかったです。しかしスープは私には合いませんでした。壱角家さんとか好きな方には合うかもです。店内清潔で店員さんも感じ良いので頑張ってほしいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内がとてもキレイ。他のラーメン店はお箸や調味料置きが汚れているけど、このお店はお掃除が行き届いていてどこも清潔だった。調理していた方もマスク越しでもわかる笑顔で挨拶してくれる。オーダーを取る若い外国のお兄さんも一生懸命丁寧に対応してくれた。ラーメンも美味しくてサービスが充実。とてもおすすめです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本格的な家系とは比較できないかもしれませんが、ラーメン屋さんとして普通に美味しい。
家系チェーン店の中にはもっとクオリティが低いお店もありますが、このお店のラーメンは完成度が高いです。
麺もチャーシューも美味しかったし、スープに臭みなどもありませんでした。
お店は小さいですが、内装もきれいなので家族連れでも来やすいですね。

たまたま仕事で来てたので、リピートは難しいですが、近くに住んでたのなら通いたい味でした。
毎月10.20.30日は500円で食べれるらしいですよ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醤油豚骨(麺大盛)の肉飯セットを頼みました?
ラーメンのお好みは硬め・普通・少なめにしました。
ラーメンはクリーミーな味わいで総本山の吉村家とは全然違った味でしたが、この味も美味しかったです！
肉飯もボリュームがあるのでとてもおなかいっぱいになりました?
また行きたいと思います、ごちそうさまでした！

家系ラーメンという事で気になっての初来店。
看板メニューである醤油豚骨ラーメン全のせ（税込み1,010円︰店内食券機で購入）を注文。
肝心のラーメンですが、麺は中麺ストレートだと思いますが、太麺までは行かないくらいで個人的には歯ごたえがあり⭕、チャーシューも⭕、海苔が特に食感があり美味しい?
スープについてですが、クリーミーな豚骨です。例えるならシチューの味に似てる？くらい少し甘目に仕上がっています。人に寄っては好みが別れそうな印象でした。個人的には悪くないがもうひとパンチが欲しいなって感じた。
成績「★」
麺★4、スープ★3、具★4（海苔、チャーシュー、ほうれん草、うずら卵、煮玉子）
10日、20日、30日は500円サービスの様です。
尚、ライス無料、麺大盛無料は良い??

A shop located along Route 4 in Satte City, Saitama Prefecture.
This is my first visit to the store because it's Iekei Ramen.
I ordered the soy sauce tonkotsu ramen noodles (1,010 yen including tax, purchased from the in-store ticket machine), which is the signature menu.
Although it is the essential ramen, I think that the noodles are medium noodles straight, but I personally feel chewy as I do not go to thick noodles ⭕, char siu ⭕, seaweed is especially textured and delicious ?
Regarding soup, it's creamy pork bones. Is it similar to the taste of stew? It's a little sweet. It was an impression that people seemed to have different tastes. Personally, it's not bad, but I felt like I wanted another punch.

先日伺った時は豚骨塩を食べました。
どちらも濃厚クリーミーで私の大好きな味です。
家系の味とは違う感じに思えますが濃厚なラーメンが好きなのでまた行きたいです。
卓上のおろしにんにくはにんにくの辛味と風味がないのでにんにく好きはにんにくチップの方がいいかもです。

私にとってセントラキッチン（以後CK略）は家系と別物と思ってます。
その上で味に関してはCK特有のクリーミーポタージュスープ（CPS）濃厚で美味しいのは当たり前です。
注文したのは豚骨醤油ラーメン500円＋大盛100円＋ライス並100円計700円
ラーメンの具は、海苔3枚、チャーシュー1枚、気持ち程度のほうれん草
、刻みネギ、メンマ、鶉の玉子。
卓上には、ニンニク、豆板醤、酢、醤油、ラー油、胡麻、ニンニクチップ、胡椒。※ニンニクチップはプラス評価
10日20日30日の500円セール、通常通りライスお替わり、麺大盛無料ならともかく、この日に限り料金発生するのは残念だと思いました。
しかもスタンプもないですし。
厨房で作る本格的な家系の通常のラーメンの値段と比較してコスパは低い。
ただ、CK系の1杯のラーメンの値段なら妥当でしょうかね
卓上に刻みタマネギ、ショウガ等があれば尚良し。
そんなこんなで味の評価星の採点はしません。

I ordered pork bone soy sauce ramen 500 yen + large serving 100 yen + rice average 100 yen total 700 yen
The ramen ingredients are 3 pieces of seaweed, 1 piece of char siu, and spinach that feels good.

On the table are garlic, doubanjiang, vinegar, soy sauce, chili oil, sesame seeds, garlic chips, and pepper. * Garlic chips are positively evaluated
I thought it was a pity that the price would be charged only on this day, regardless of the 500 yen sale on the 10th, 20th, and 30th, the rice replacement as usual, and the free noodles.
Moreover, there is no stamp.
The cost is low compared to the price of regular ramen from a full-fledged family made in the kitchen.
However, the price of one CK ramen is reasonable.
It would be better if there were chopped onions, ginger, etc. on the table.
