今日は朝早くから大変お世話になりました。私のオーダーに快く応えていただきとても素敵な花束を創作していただきました。帰宅し、息子にお願いして妻に「お仕事のはじまりの日、おめでとう」と、言って渡してもらいました。妻も大喜び。渡した息子も大喜び笑とても良い一時を過ごさせていただきました。

会社は上場していないが、そこそこ大きく薄利多売なのはまぁ仕方がないが、非正規雇用を多く雇い、さらに少人数で無理をさせ、古い働き方(シフトがなかなか決まらない、非常に休みにくい等)で、経営陣が無能で現場に無関心だと感じた。さらにコロナの渦中、店頭(新宿線とJR線の連絡通路)で声を張って非正規雇用にパワハラまがいの売り込みをさせ、異常な組織だと感じた。 (他の業種ではpepper等のロボットを活用して顧客対応し、飛沫感染に尽力しているのに、、) この店舗で働いている人間から聴取した内容に基づいてコメントしたが、まともな企業ではない。おそらくどこの店舗でも時代遅れな働き方で、非正規雇用を多く雇い無理をさせ、人件費カットし目先の利益ばかりを追い求めているのだろう。

(In other industries, robots such as pepper are used to respond to customers and make efforts to prevent droplet infections.) I commented based on what I heard from people working at this store, but it's not a decent company. Perhaps every store has an outdated way of working, forcing them to hire a lot of non-regular employees, cutting labor costs and pursuing immediate profits.
