★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR市川駅の改札外（北口側）に設置されています。公衆電話の隣にあります。電車に乗る前後でパッと寄れて便利です。1つだけなのでかなり並んでいることもありますが、誰も使っておらずにすぐ使えることもけっこうあります。あまりに混んでいるときは、北口のロータリーにある市川支店のみずほ銀行へ行っちゃいます笑。2020年12月30日夜、ATMにお金が取り忘れられているのをたまたま見つけました。駅員さんへお渡ししたので、お心あたりのある方は聞いてみてください。お金が無事ご本人の元へ戻るよう祈っております。
 It is installed outside the ticket gate (north exit side) of JR Ichikawa Station. Next to the pay phone. It's convenient to get close to before and after getting on the train. Since there is only one, it may be lined up quite a bit, but there are quite a few cases where it can be used immediately without anyone using it. When it's too crowded, I go to Mizuho Bank at the Ichikawa branch at the north exit rotary. On the night of December 30, 2020, I happened to find an ATM forgetting money.
