ち	ちゃる on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新生活に向けての賃貸探しでお世話になりました。結果としては、他の仲介業者を利用すればよかったです。理由を下記に簡潔にまとめます。 1.仲介手数料が1か月分とられた。 2.火災保険を指定された。(独占禁止法でやっちゃダメです) 1.について詳しくお話しします。まず仲介手数料は借主から0.5か月分しか取れないと決められています。ですが、契約書には1か月分と記載されていました。メールにて「0.5か月分の間違いではありませんか？」と指摘しましたが、「物件の条件がいいことから貸主(大家さん)から手数料を貰っていない」とよくわからない適当な理由をつけて、仲介手数料は1か月分だと言われました。本当に貸主から手数料を取っていないのかは確認できないので定かではありません。 2.火災保険が指定されていました。本来、火災保険の加入を義務付けることはできるのですが、会社まで指定することはできません。今回指定されていた火災保険の金額が高いため、「別の保険に変更しても良いですか？」と質問したところ「特約に記載されているように変更できません」との返答がありました。変更できないというのは独占禁止法に違反する行為です。これらのように、いろいろと難癖付けてお金を取ろうとしてくるので他の仲介業者をお勧めします。 Youtubeにて動画を発信し、企業努力が見えるだけにとても残念でした。これも社会経験として受け止め、4月からの新生活頑張ろうと思います。 Thank you for looking for a rent for a new life.
