お店の高級感、お料理の高級感、そして味、間違いないです。 日常に行くお店とはランクが違いました。値段と味、素材のバランスも納得出来ると思います。 もちろん店員さんの教育も行き届いていて気持ち良く食事を堪能できます。個人的には八角の使い方が絶妙でクセになる味付けなのでたまにしか私は行く事は叶いませんが、必ず年に数回は行きたく思ってます。

誕生日やちょっとしたお祝いの時に使うのに最適です。2階のホールの他3階には個室が多く便利です。昼のコースは前菜、スープ、点心、海老、牛肉、炒飯、デザートで日本人の味覚にあった量も十分なコースでした。昼にはお値打ちの小ビール、ワイン(赤、白)など料理に合わせて楽しめます。サービスも行き届いておりやっぱり聘珍楼だなと感じます。加えて、誕生日だったので桃饅もサービスでいただきました。 吉祥寺のちょっとした裏路地にある入り口ですが、中は老舗の歴史を感じる良いお店です。

The lunch course was appetizer, soup, dim sum, shrimp, beef, fried rice, and dessert, and the amount was enough for Japanese taste. In the afternoon, you can enjoy a small beer, wine (red, white) and other special dishes. The service is also perfect and I feel that it is a Hingenro. In addition, since it was my birthday, I also had a peach bun service. The entrance is located in a little back alley of Kichijoji, but inside is a good shop with a long-established history.

そもそも横浜本店よりは味は落ちるなーと思ってたが、家から近くで個室でゆっくり食べれるなのが良くて結構使わせて頂いてたが、ここ最近かなり味が落ちた印象。極め付けは正月ランチ1人8000円コースでワクワクして行ったが、かなり酷い内容だった。味もイマイチで、量もかなりの少なさ。黄韮炒めには黄韮がヒョロっと2本だけ。。極め付けはチャーハンがぬるい。。料理の間隔も待たせすぎ。ケチくさい事は言いたく無いが久しぶりに正月早々ガッカリした。接客はどんなんでもいいが、味だけは拘ってくれ!!横浜の聘珍楼は行っても、吉祥寺はもう無理ですわ。

初めてこのお店を利用しました。 コース料理を注文したのですが、まだ料理を食べ終えていないにも関わらず次の料理が運ばれてきたため、落ち着いてゆっくりと食事ができませんでした。 極め付けは接客態度の悪さです。 常連客と初めて利用する客に対する接客態度の違いが一網瞭然です。特に中年男性2人の接客は最低です。明らかに人を見下した手抜き接客でした。値段に見合わないサービスでとても残念でした。 お料理は美味しかったです。ですが、接客・サービスも飲食店としては重要視すべきだと考えているので、リピートはしません。 初めて利用する人には、特に記念日やここぞという時の利用はお勧めできません。

いつも横浜本店を利用していたが、今回初めて吉祥寺店を利用。同じお店と思えないほど全てにおいて残念でした。お正月の榮華の筵という8,800円のコース料理をお願いしましたが、温かい料理はほぼなく量も全て少なめ。一番酷かったのはチャーハン。小さいお皿に取り分けられた状態で且つ冷めている。旦那と絶句。お正月に聘珍樓のためだけにわざわざベビーカー2台押して電車で行ったのに味も量も全く満たされず悲しかったです。接客もいまいちでしたが、特にビックリしたのは三階からベビーカーを階段で下ろされた事(子供が寝ていたので乗せた状態で、、)。エレベーターは客席を通過しないと行けないようで。かなり狭くて急な階段だったので怖かったです。今後聘珍樓行くならやっぱり本店に限る。
