ダンベルが３０キロ迄しかないので人によっては物足りなさがあるかもしれません。
マシンはある程度揃っていると感じました。

時間帯によってはお喋りする人で、めちゃくちゃうるさいです。
安い分、ジムエリアもプールにも常駐するスタッフはいない。
が、栄エリアにプールのあるジムはあまりないので、仕方なく通いますが、人にはオススメしません。
