★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 待たせるだけ待たせて、自分たちの都合で時間だから検査はできないだの、受付は平気で雑誌読んだり携帯いじったりしているし、正直最悪です。ドクターというよりは全体の管理体制とコメディカルの教育がなっていないですね。

駅で倒れて、駅員さんにタクシーをつかまえて肩も貸してもらって、タクシーで行ったのに
「（たった数分の）受付時間外だから、午後診からなら診れる」って。
そして、
「ふらつきと発汗と痺れがあるんです」と言っても、
『ふらつきなら耳鼻科ですね』
「この症状で耳鼻科なんですか？」
『ふらつきなら耳鼻科です』
「発汗と痺れがあるんですよ？それでも？」
…こんなやりとりがありました。
本当は待合で待たせてもらえるなら午後の診察お願いしようかと思ったのですが、
不安でいっぱいになって、
すぐに外に出ました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5年程呼吸器でお世話になってます。難治性喘息で入退院を繰り返したあと、近医の紹介でかかり始めました。こまめに検査をして下さるし、定期検査もかかさずです。入院の必要性があると判断されれば本院のベットの空き状況をすぐに調べて下さって、手続き全てやって頂けます。
本院とはパソコンで繋がってるので(自宅は本院の方が近い)救急で本院にかかった後のフォローもしっかりして下さいます。
こちらに通院初めてから、入院回数がグンと少なくなりました。違う病気の可能性があれば、他科診療を追加して下さいます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ちょっとの問診で的確な判断をしてくださいました。風邪をこじらせたと思い受診させていただきました。先生の問診の後、何かひらめいたかのようにインフルエンザの検査をすることになり、検査したらインフルエンザでした。微熱でまさかインフルエンザとは思っていなかったのでびっくりでした。待ち時間も少なく、午後の診療開始時間も13時からなので利便性も高いです。
