コロナ禍でコロナの診察もしていない個人病院もある中で勇気あるコロナの診察に感謝しています。

先生に要がありお電話したら、受付の人に繋がりましたが受け答えが人を見下してるようなロボットみたいな口調でとても不快な気分になりました。
先生と話終わり先程の受付の方のお名前聞いたら先生「名前？何で教えないといけないんですか？」と一言。
対応悪いなと思ったのでお聞きしましたと伝えたら「私から謝ります、すみません。」とのこと。
残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ対策で発熱下痢咳の症状がある人は外で待たせる方針らしく、外の駐車スペースの中にぽつんとある小さい椅子に案内された。
そしてそこで熱を測り問診票に記入した後、2時間放置された。
2時間待ってようやく出てきたスタッフの一言が「あれ？いつから待ってます？」だった。
事務手続きのミスとのことだったが、ことによっては人命に関わるミスだと思った。
先生は優しかったが、38℃程度熱がある患者を外に放置しっぱなしにしておくのは倫理にもとると思う。

ただそれを差し引いても受付の対応が悪すぎ、言葉遣いだけは丁寧でこちらを見下してる感満載で激しく腹が立ちました。
こちらは引っ越してきたばかりで初診ですといっているのにけんもほろろ
こっちにくるな、あっちでまってろ、問診表持って閉じ込められ呼んでも来ない、仕方なくドアを開け呼び掛けるとそこから出るなと人をバイ菌扱い。
医療従事者の不安もよくわかりますが、こちらの不安も汲み取ることはできないのでしょうか
第一印象はがっかりです

他の人も書いてるようにたしかに受付はめっちゃだるそうな感じです。
受付は2人いて、太ったおばちゃんの方が特に、「超だる〜」って感じ出てます笑
眼鏡かけているおばちゃんの方は、比較的普通です。
先生は優しいので、GOODです！
多分近所の年寄りの患者が多いです。
年寄りは人に話を聞いてほしいからか余計な世間話を長々〜〜と先生にしがちで、診療終わってもなかなか出てきません。(待合室にいたら年寄りの世間話聞こえてきます)
若干イラつくかもです。
先生は優しく話を聞いているようです。
