★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 移動中にお昼とします。焼きうどんが美味いと聞き、かなり前に一度来て以来となりますので、まだお好み焼きは食してません。
丁度入れ替わりで貸切状態となりました。関西か広島か尋ねると、どちらでもなく掛け合わせたようなと。これは興味津々ですな、見せて頂きましょう。
注文は豚肉玉子入。カップに入った具材を鉄板にうつし、豚肉と玉子をのせて焼く。混ぜ合わせませんね。先代の母から受け継いだ焼き方で、簡単なんだとか。
出来上がりは小ぶりですが、フワッと仕上がっております。おそらく味も価格もずっと変わってなく懐かしく思いました。今日は腹八分目です。
