３週間が過ぎて、小伝馬町の皮膚科にお伺いしました。
そして、病理検査の結果として、
黄色ブドウ球菌が検出されました。
結果として、病名は「せつ」でした。
何故？粉瘤と診断したんでしょうか？
結論が出ましたので、追記しました。

ただその診察内容に違和感を覚え、その足で小伝馬町の高評価の皮膚科へ行きました。
結論として、病名も違い、その治療方法も違いました。
こちらの先生の診たては「粉瘤」、小伝馬町の先生は「せつ」。
振り返ると、「せつ」に納得感があり、こちらで治療中です。かなり改善しました。
なおこちらの先生の処方箋には「ロキソニン」が記載されていました。
痛みは、全く無いのですが、、不思議です。
こちらの処方箋は捨てました。

あと飲み薬を処方してもらい診療時に「効果がありました」と医師に伝えると引き続き効果のある薬を処方してくれません。突然違う飲み薬に変更されました。これはのらりくらりと患者を首の皮一枚つなげてクリニックに通わせる方法なのでしょうか？
患者に対して親身に寄り添ってくれる皮膚科の先生は探せばいると思いますので自分のお気に入りの先生をみつけましょう。
もちろん私はもうここに通っておりません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 薬は臨機応変に出してくれるので再発で病名や薬が分かっている場合は良いと思いますが、初発症の場合はあまりおすすめできません。
初回は病名も分かっていて、いつもの薬が欲しくて行きましたが残業続きで疲労もストレスも溜まっているのに「夜遊びはあまりしない。飲みあるかない」のような指示をされて嫌な気分になりました。
その後は蕁麻疹のような炎症が一週間続いたので行きましたが処方された抗ヒスタミン内服でさらに悪化。再診でその旨を報告しても薬はそのままでステロイドの飲み薬追加で飲むようにと処方されました。一応指示に従いましたが明らかに効きが悪く、5年ぐらい前に数回似たような炎症で別のクリニックへ行った時はステロイドは飲まず別の抗ヒスタミン内服と塗り薬で翌日には良くなっていたので、3日後に再再診して当時の薬を自分で指定して処方してもらいました。結果、翌日には症状が劇的に改善。。
質問に対して求めていない回答が長く続くこともありますし、的確な診断を受けられないと再診になり外来管理費も加算されるので初発症の方は慎重にクリニックを選んだ方が良いと思います。今回は3回の通院で薬と合わせて以前のクリニックの倍近い自己負担となりました。以前の皮膚科ではいつも1回で治っていたので非常に不満でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前眼の横のシミをレーザーで綺麗に消してもらいました．今回は小指の爪が真白になり、足の親指の巻き爪が痛くて受診しました．手の爪を削って調べ白癬ではなかったのですが、生活環境を色々と聞き、原因はマウスを使う時の摩擦である事が判りました．先生は巻き爪と爪棘の原因も私が納得するまで説明して下さり、その後看護婦さんが別室でテーピングのやり方をとても丁寧に教えてくれました．お喋りだというコメントがありますが、不要な薬は出さず、患者の日常生活を考慮して下さる真面目な先生だと思います．爪は少しずつ改善しています(^_^)

漸く診察が始まると、湿疹だねこれは痕が残るよとの事でした。
ものすごく痒くてガサガサになっていたので、痕が残るのは仕方ないかと思いました。
1週間分の塗り薬と飲み薬を出されて、様子を見てと言われました。
1週間たっても、痒みが収まらずもう一度行ったら
それ治らないからとぴしゃりと診察が終わり、同じ塗り薬と飲み薬に追加で保湿剤を出されました。
そして、また治りませんでした。
偏るクチコミはあまり信用していなかったのですが、こういう事もあるんだなと勉強になりました笑
