t	tony's factory on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで利用。すき焼きが人気。もちろんハンバーグも魚も美味しいのだが、お昼はすき焼きが人気。独り身で訪れる私は大概カウンターに案内される。カウンター越しに眺める調理場では炎が明々と滾り、すき焼き鍋がいくつも晒されている。店主はヤットコを自在に操りながらすき焼き鍋を廻す。かっこいい。目の前に運ばれたすき焼き鍋が、まだ熱さを含み音を立てる。玉ねぎ、長ネギ、細めの白滝、えのきだけ、絹ごし豆腐。そして彩鮮やかな貝割れ大根が天辺に載る。卵を溶いて玉ねぎを浸し、食せば甘味が口中に拡がる。肉は滋味を嫌味なく舌に纏わせる。白滝は持ち上げると割り下を十分に含み、肉汁の澄んだ味わいを運ぶ。ご飯が進む。もう一杯と言う間に若布の味噌汁に手を伸ばす。若布のくきくきとした弾力が心地よい。腹を満たした後、落ち着くために壺に入ったキュウリ漬けをお茶請けにほうじ茶をすする。あぁ幸せだ。 Used for lunch.
