全てに漬物３種とシジミのみそ汁がつきます。
私はさば塩焼きを注文しました。満席状態でしたが、注文してから焼きあがるまで10分程度しかかかりませんでした。
大将が魚を焼いている様子がカウンター席のガラス越しに見えます。手際よく焼き続ける様はまさに職人です。
サバは肉厚で脂がしっかりとのっていてぷりぷりです。焼き加減は、職人のマスターが焼くんですから当然、皮はパロパリ、中はホクホク。絶妙。私の中のさば塩焼きランキングでトップに躍り出ましたｗ
人気店かつキャパ小さ目なので、待ちが発生する覚悟が必要です。
