卓上にソースがありますが、かけずなくても美味しくいただけました。
ヒレはうっすら赤みが残った絶妙な揚げ加減です。
なによりテカリの良い固めのご飯も美味しいです。
黄金アジとは房総で取れる肌が金色を帯びた近海のアジを指すようです。

焙じ茶をすすり、待つことしばし。差し出されたアジフライ定食はヒレカツ2枚の上に重ねられている。ヒレカツが尻に敷かれている。
そんなアジフライ。身はふわりとして軽い。かと言ってパサついた感じもない。鯵の良さもさることながら、調理する側も加減をご存知なのだろう。それは、ヒレカツの熱の通し加減からも窺い知ることができる。
ソースはウスターソース一択。多分これが良いのだろう。素直に従う。
とても美味しい。
