家族経営とのこともあり、連絡がたまに遅いことがあったので星4にさせて頂きました。
We were able to provide a polite response regarding the content consultation before the contract.
Since it was a family business, I was sometimes late to contact, so I gave it a star of 4.

管理しているマンションの修繕費用を払いたくないのか、不具合や故障をずっとそのままにされます。
貸主の契約義務違反をこちらのせいにして丸め込んできます。
そして何故か母親らしき年配の女性に嘲罵されました。
数軒先に他の不動産屋がありますし、他にも不動産屋は沢山ありますので、他で借りることをお勧めします。

And for some reason, I was ridiculed by an elderly woman who seemed to be a mother.
There are other real estate agents a few houses away, and there are many other real estate agents, so it is recommended to rent them elsewhere.
