美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
山形市役所の地下、100人程の席があります。
大きなフィックスガラス越しに眺める緑がとても爽やかです。12時を回ると、職員さん方がゾロゾロと入店して行列が出来ます。
役所内の食堂ですから、「早い」、「安い」、「美味しい」の3点セットがあります。
そして、レトルト版としても販売しております。
3パックで1000円ちょっとと、嬉しいお値段。
パッケージもレトロな雰囲気でデザインされ、お土産としても喜ばれそうです。

仕事で市役所に用事があり、そのついでに訪問。時間は14時頃。
食堂は市役所の地下にあり、地下に続く階段にはカレーのいい匂いが充満している。
カレーの誘惑に惑わされながらも、ラーメンマニアとしてもやしラーメンを注文。
食券スタイルで、食堂入口前に食券機がある。配膳も完全セルフサービス。
ラーメンの味はどことなく酸味がある懐かしい味。食堂に対して求めている味と実際の味が完全に合致している。
麺も柔らかめで万人に優しい。
全てにおいて尖っていない、まさに市役所らしいラーメンと言えるだろう。
