★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東駅温泉の真ん中にあり気になっていました。辛みそラーメンは山形らしい美味しさで後引きもんでした。鍋焼きも美味しかったのですが、少し濃い目のつゆで飲み干せませんでした。次はのりたぬきラーメンに挑戦したい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 午後7時過ぎ… 自分では、夕飯時 ( 夕飯のゴールデンタイム ) だと思っていたのだが… まさかの先客2人…。たまたま客が引いたタイミングで入店したのだと思うのだが… 席に着き… マスクを外したら… トイレの臭いに近い臭いがっ！?
まぁ… マスク会食すりゃぁ良いので注文の品が来るまではマスクしてましたが… やはり、食べる時には… マスク外すんでございますよ。
すると… 御手洗いの臭いに似た臭いがすごい…。 母校の小学校のトイレを思い出しました。?
訪れる前は、Google maps の評価で《 ⭐️ 4.2 点 》でしたので、期待してましたが… あれ？☹️ ( 私が少し疲れていたので、味覚センサーが狂ってたかも。)…という事で、味は普通でしたー。
冷やし鳥蕎麦屋さんは、この辺りにたくさん有りますので、地方の味としてお召し上がり下さいまし。
After 7:00 pm ... I thought it was supper (golden time for supper), but ... two of our predecessors ... I think I happened to enter the store when the customer pulled it ... When I got to my seat ... When I took off my mask ... It smelled like a toilet! ?
Well ... It's okay to have a mask dinner, so I masked it until the ordered item arrived ... After all, when I eat ... I have to remove the mask.
Then ... the smell similar to that of the restroom is amazing ... I remembered the toilet in my elementary school. ?
Before I visited, the Google maps rating was 《⭐️ 4.2 points》, so I was expecting it ... that? ☹️ (I was a little tired, so the taste sensor might have gone crazy.)… So the taste was normal.
There are many chilled soba noodle shops around here, so please enjoy it as a local flavor.

こちらの中華そばが一番好きです！
お腹に余裕があれば天重もおすすめです。
秘伝のタレは天ぷらとご飯との相性抜群です。
蓋がしまらない山盛り天ぷらのボリュームも素晴らしい！！
This is a shop you definitely want to visit when you pass through Higashine.
I like this Chinese noodles the most!
Tendon is also recommended if you can afford it.
The secret sauce goes great with tempura and rice.
The volume of heaped tempura that does not close the lid is also wonderful! !!

創業100年以上とのことで、永く地元民に愛されて来たお店です。
いただいたのは、げそ天、牛スジ煮込み、鶏肉つけそばに牛肉つけそば。
牛肉は食べ応えがあり、よく煮込んでありました。お蕎麦は、椎茸や筍が入っており具沢山で、ボリュームがありました。タレが甘めなのが特徴的で、お肉に合っていました。
お酒は店主の方にお勧めを聞いて、六歌仙の熱燗をいただきました。甘めの口当りが、お料理とも合って、とても美味しかったです。
東根のお料理を満喫させていただきました☺

I had Gesoten, stewed beef tendon, chicken soba and beef soba.
The beef was responsive and well-simmered. The buckwheat noodles contained shiitake mushrooms and bamboo shoots, and had a lot of ingredients and a lot of volume. The characteristic is that the sauce is sweet, and it goes well with the meat.
For sake, I asked the owner for a recommendation and had Rokkasen hot sake. The sweet taste matched the food and it was very delicious.
I enjoyed Higashine's cuisine ☺

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東根温泉街の中の昔ながらの食堂です。昔ながらの食堂ではありますが麺類の美味さは格別です。かつては温泉街で飲み歩いて最後の締めに寄ったものです。写真は味噌ラーメンにラー油を垂らして少し辛味をつけたところです。麺類だけではなくご飯類もかなり充実しています。腹ペコには持ってこいの貴重な食堂さんです。

It used to be the last stop after drinking in a hot spring town. The photo shows miso ramen with chili oil dripping and spicy. Not only noodles but also rice is quite substantial. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すぐ後ろにある温泉宿に宿泊した時に、晩ごはんを食べに行きました。
これまで、旅の途中に飛び込みで入る食事処には過度な期待はした事が無いので、評価はあくまでも私たち夫婦の口に合うかどうか。今回、夫婦で食べたのは中華そばと辛味噌チャーシュー麺。結果は、美味しかったです。
味付けはどちらも、濃すぎず薄すぎずなのですがどこか懐かしい味で、また食べたい気にさせます。一緒に頼んだご飯が美味しいと絶賛していたので、次回は丼物も食べたいですね。

Until now, I have never had excessive expectations for a restaurant that jumps in during a trip, so the evaluation is just whether it fits the taste of our couple. This time, the couple ate Chinese noodles and spicy miso char siu noodles. The result was delicious.
Both seasonings are neither too dark nor too light, but they have a nostalgic taste and make you want to eat again. I was praised that the rice I ordered together was delicious, so I would like to eat rice bowls next time.
It was a treat.
