そこまでは良かったんですがブレーキパッドを他のところでやってもらおうとしたらロックナットが変に閉まっているとの事で交換できませんでした。

内訳を説明せずに、総額を電卓で見せるやり口はとても乱暴だと感じました。店員さんを座らせずに働かせてる感じも時代にそぐわないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5年程前にここの店でホイールを交換してもらい、一週間後に外したホイールを売却しようと確認すると、10cm大の深い傷が見つかった。
交換した際に傷つけたと思われ、店に訴えようかと思ったが、購入時の店員の態度が醜いこともあり取り合わないことが想像できたため、結局諦めてしまった。
たまたま今回クチコミを読ませていただいたが、相変わらず店の体質は変わっていないことを知った。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 確かに安いが、商談の待ち時間が長すぎる。店内で待っていたが1時間経っても一向に音沙汰がない。忘れられているのかと思った。お待たせして申し訳ないの一言もない。店内でお待ちくださいと言われたからすぐかと思ったが。こんなに待つと分かっていれば用事を済ませてからまた来たのに。待ちの客が店内に溜まる一方で感染症対策もできていない。隣で待っている夫婦もキレている。これはひどい………
電話でタイヤを取りにくる日を教えるように言われますが、接客スタッフが少なすぎて、電話に取る余裕はありません。(4回かけ直してやっとつながりました)
タイヤの取り付けもwebや電話での予約は受け付けず、当日店内でのみ。完全に店都合で、客は待たせとけば良いというスタンス。(添付の写真の文からも感じられます)ひどい時は取り付けだけで休日1日を奪われます。
はっきり言って安いだけであとはなにも取り柄のない店と感じました。時間がかかると、割り切って利用できる方なら安くていいです。しかし、もう少しちゃんとした店ならタイヤごときにこんなにも時間は割かれませんので、時間を惜しむ方は利用を控えた方が良いかと思慮します。

We do not accept reservations for tire installation on the web or by phone, only in the store on the day. It's completely convenient for the store, and the stance is that customers should wait. (You can also feel it from the text in the attached photo.) In the worst case, you can take away one day off just by installing it.
To be clear, I felt that the store was cheap and had nothing to do with it. If it takes time, it can be cheap if you can use it diligently. However, if the store is a little more decent, it will not take so much time like tires, so I think that those who spare time should refrain from using it.

そうやって抑えた人件費や雑費等を価格に反映してると思えば、まぁ、色々仕方ないのかなと思います。
ちょうど繁忙期だったのか、オープン10分前の時点で受付待ちの行列がお店の裏側に回っちゃうほど伸びてるのには驚いた＾＾；先頭の人、何時から並んでるんでしょう
注文に2時間待ち（待たされる割にカタログ等の提示もなく「どれですか？」と聞かれるだけなので、Webでポチった方が賢明です）、取り付け作業に4時間待ち。
ポイントがつきます！と謳ってますが支払い時に何の案内もなく、レシートももらえないので請求額の内訳も確認できません。
「処分費用をもらうのを忘れてました！」ってあとから追加請求されたけど、二重請求されてても気付けないですね。コワイコワイ。
価格の安さと引き換えに、これらをどこまで許容できるかは悩ましいところですね＾＾

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの店舗で、昔からスタッドレスタイヤ、サマータイヤとも大変お世話になっています。タイヤとホイールをセットで買うととてもお買い得で、おススメです。デザインも良く、車の乗り換え時にヤフオクなどで手放す際も想定以上の値段で買い手が付くので、車検ごとに乗り換える人にもコストバリューが高いと思います。
今日はハマーH3のタイヤ交換で伺いました。アメリカ製のホイールで、ホイールリムのアクセントボルトを全て外さないとタイヤ交換が出来ず、スタッフの方々に大変お手間とお時間をおかけしてしまいましたが、とても丁寧なご対応と作業をしていただき、心より感謝しています。
タイヤホイール交換は3台体制で作業をしています。2台がピット、1台がピット前でジャッキアップで作業しています。ボルトの締め付けは手締めで丁寧な作業です。
この店舗に関して、以前よりお客様対応の品質も向上していると感じます。もし近隣でタイヤ・ホイールのご購入をご検討している方は、是非一度相談してみることをお勧めします。例えネットより若干高い場合でも、お願いしようと思えるサービス品質があります。
