★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マンションのモデルルームを見るのは初めてでしたが、とても良かったです。営業の方もご丁寧に説明してくださり、マンション購入が具体的にイメージができました。子供の遊ぶスペースもあり安心してお話を聞くことができました。橋本駅6分の近さで3LDKのファミリーマンションは中々出てこないとの事で、前向きに考えていきたいと思ってます。
 It was my first time to see a model room in an apartment, but it was very good. The sales person also explained carefully, and I was able to concretely image the purchase of an apartment. There was also a space for children to play and I was able to listen to the story with confidence. It is 6 minutes from Hashimoto Station, and 3LDK family apartments will not come out, so I would like to think positively.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのマンションギャラリー、2021年3月現在解体中ですが、養生シートが無いため散布した水が粉塵と一緒に周辺有料駐車場に停めている多くの車に大量に付着していた。解体の際は養生シートで囲うなり、駐車場に解体作業があると注意書きを付けるなりできたのでは？配慮が足りていない。
This condominium gallery is being dismantled as of March 2021, but because there is no curing sheet, the sprayed water was adhering to many cars parked in the surrounding toll parking lot together with dust. When dismantling, it was possible to enclose it with a curing sheet and add a note that there is dismantling work in the parking lot. Not enough consideration.
