ただ数に限りがあるため、早々に売り切れとなる事も...?

店内が暗いので夜向きですね。
日替わりなのに注文後に結構待たされました。
We used at lunch.
The shop is dark so it's suitable for night.

京都に10年以上住み、数多の焼き鳥を店で食べて来ましたが、ここが一番美味しいと思います。
なぜもっと、この店が流行らないのか不明…。
地下にあり、入りにくいのが原因でしょうか…？
価格は某有名チェーンと同じくらいにも関わらず、美味しさはその比ではありません。
「鶏」という親しみのある素材を使い、焼くというシンプルな調理を加えるだけで、ここまで「旨い」と思えるものをつくりあげる店主の技量に感服です。
既に5回以上行っていますが、いつ行っても美味い。
また行きます。

I've lived in Kyoto for over 10 years and have eaten a lot of yakitori at the restaurant, but I think this is the most delicious.
I don't know why this shop isn't popular anymore ...
Is it because it's underground and it's hard to enter ...?
Although the price is about the same as a famous chain, the taste is not the same.
I am impressed with the skill of the shop owner who creates what seems to be "delicious" by using the familiar material "chicken" and adding the simple cooking of baking.
I've already done it more than 5 times, but it's always delicious.
I will go again.
