病院って特に嫌な思いした人がレビュー書くだろうから悪くなりがちだけど、ここの低さは異常で自分も行って体感した。
Overall attitude is bad.
It's easy for people to feel bad about hospitals because they write reviews, but the lowness is unusual and I went there and experienced it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コンタクト初めてだったので分からない事を担当の看護婦(？)に聞こうと呼んだらはぁ〜とため息つきながら視線を斜め上をだらっと流して面倒くさそうな態度でやって来ました。
態度悪いゴミみたいな人間しかいないためストレスを貯めたくない人は行かない方がいいです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の対応が、最悪です。『名前を呼ばれるまで待ってて下さい』って、人の名前すら確認せず、診察券も放置されたままでした。
何時間待たせるつもりだったのでしょうか？疑問です。通院される方は時間に余裕を持って行かれることをオススメします。

「◯◯さん！そっちじゃない！こっちでしょ！？」
「そういうことじゃなくて！」
等強い口調で話す眼鏡をかけた男性のスタッフさん。怖いです。
② 返事の声があまり大きくないお客さんが居ました。
返事にようやく気づいた①と同じスタッフさんは
「返事の声は聞こえなきゃ返事じゃない」
というような言葉を投げ掛けていました。
そのあとも、その方の名前を呼ぶ際、その方が目の前にいるにも関わらず
「◯●さん！、○△さん！、○□さん！
あ、居た。○○さんって名前でしたっけ。」
といったように わざとらしく名前を間違えて呼び出しをしていました。
治療の腕は確かかもしれませんが
相手に対する思いやりをもった方がいいと思います。
私はもう利用しません。

なので☆マイナス1です。
2時間位待つのは覚悟して行ったほうが良いと思います。
当時妊娠していたのですが、お腹に影響がないように点眼してくれ、診察の方も流れ作業ではなく、丁寧に診ていただけました。
大学病院への紹介状が出されましたが、先生の声が小さくて聞き取れなかったのでどうしようかと思っていたら、看護師さんがきちんと説明してくれました。
かなり説明し慣れているようで、簡潔に早口でしたがわかりやすかったですよ。
その後、電話で質問しましたがきちんと対応もしてくれ、かなりお世話になりました。
